Since joining MWI Animal Health U.K. in 2014 as Head of Strategic Accounts, Emma has grown within the Business, assuming roles of increasing seniority within Customer Relations Team, before taking on the reigns of the UK Business in 2023.

“For me, the most important part of my role is our people, our business is nothing without them, and the culture that they work in is paramount to supporting this and enabling them to grow as individuals.”

Before joining MWI Animal Health, Emma worked in Strategic Accounts and Sales, responsible for multinational customers within Logistics and 3PL.

Outside of work Emma enjoys most sports, plays netball for a regional team every week, and also loves to ski. She has a young daughter, so hobbies have taken a bit of a back seat for now but long walks with their crazy chocolate Labrador, Stanley, is great excuse to get outdoors.

In 2022, Emma initiated the MWI International Women Impact Network, to support women within leadership positions, and also our DE&I agenda.  As the Executive Sponsor for the Women Impact Network, Emma leads by example by fully supporting and encouraging her teams to be inclusive; “its important to me that people feel that they can bring their whole selves to work, that they feel valued and understand their part in creating healthier futures for all”.
